After tipping the scales at 315ish lbs. (I honestly don’t know the exact number, because I was at the point where I stopped stepping on the scale), I decided it was time to make a change. I had absolutely no idea where to start, so I did what everyone was doing at the time – I did copious of cardio and cut out carbs.

While I was successful in the goal of weight loss, the process was awful and much more difficult than it needed to be. Even after losing the weight, maintaining the weight loss exponentially harder. I tried every fad diet and hot/new supplement on the market for help. I spent way more money than I needed to on things that didn’t really benefit me at all.

After a few years of repeating this cycle, I abandoned the all or nothing – restrictive mindset and embraced a balanced approach. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the same system I use for my health – less is more. I believe the simplest approach is the best because it is the most sustainable. This is where I can help.
